Application Process
1. Floor Preparation
Grinding, cleaning, moisture test. Floor must be cured for at least 28 days.
2. Repair
Crack injection, cavity repair, flatness control.
3. Primer
Reduces subfloor absorbency, provides adhesion.
4. Middle Layer
1-3 mm thickness, reinforcement with quartz sand.
5. Decor (Optional)
Flake, metallic pigment or colored quartz.
6. Top Coat
Polyurethane varnish, UV resistance, gloss.
