Rubber flooring is an elastic floor covering system produced from natural rubber (latex obtained from Hevea brasiliensis tree), synthetic rubber (SBR - Styrene Butadiene Rubber, EPDM - Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) or recycled rubber granules.

Rubber Flooring Application Process
1️⃣ Floor Preparation and Control
Concrete or asphalt floor must be clean, dry and flat. Surface roughness should be maximum 3 mm. Moisture content should be checked below 4%.
- Floor flatness control (laser level)
- Moisture measurement (with hygrometer)
- Surface cleaning (dust, oil, chemical residues)
- Crack and deformation repair
- Primer application (optional)
2️⃣ Roll Rubber Installation
Polyurethane adhesive is spread homogeneously on floor with notched trowel. Roll is placed and compressed with special roller to remove air gaps.
- Adhesive application (150-200 gr/m²)
- Roll placement (attention to pattern direction)
- Pressing with pressure roller
- Joint seams (2-3 mm gap)
- 24 hour curing time
3️⃣ Tile Rubber Installation
In locking system no adhesive needed, tiles interlock with each other. In adhesive system, each tile is fixed to floor with special adhesive.
